REFUND POLICY

Shipping & Returns

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Worldwide shipping by DHL
Special shipping requests can be made on an individual basis.
All shipments with a tracking number.

The shipping charges are as follows. It varies depending on the item and quantity.

Asia. 3,000 yen – 10,000 yen.
Europe. 4,000 yen – 12,000 yen.
North and South America. 4,000 yen – 12,000 yen.

Please note our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your countries government website for more information.

RETURNS

In case the delivered products are defective, we will urgently replace them with the same products as soon as possible.
Please contact us at info@sido-underwear.com within 3 days after the delivery of products.
The incurred return shipping costs will be borne by us.
In case we have no products for replacement on stock, we will make a refund.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the originally sent products were defective or different from what was ordered.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
Returns due to customers’ personal preferences (“wrong size, different from what was expected/imagined”, etc.)
When more than 3 days have passed since the delivery
Once the products have been used
Products that are soiled or damaged by the customer
If tags and other accessories were lost
